About The HR Farm

We are HR gurus who have been in your shoes. 

We were founded by HR Professionals who thought that "normal" HR consulting was outdated. Most business owners don't need someone harping on them about compliance, they just need a little help here and there. We decided to try something new. 

The HR Farm was created to give you the ability to get your HR house in order the way YOU want to. For some, this might mean a "do it yourself" approach using our amazing templates and not-lame forms. For others, this might mean getting some customization help. For still others, this might mean an occasional call with an HR expert to walk through a vexing issue. 

Our team all hold at least one Master's degree in HR, business administration, or similar focus. We are all dual certified in HR through the two most respected HR groups, HRCI and SHRM. We have all owned businesses, managed teams, hired people, fired people, built cultures, created business plans, dealt with angry customers, and more.

We get what leading a business is all about.
